Hire and Lease Purchase

Lease purchase can have a final or "balloon" payments built in to the end of the agreement. This results in a decrease to the monthly rentals.

Contract Hire

With contract hire, you are simply hiring the vehicle of your choice for a set period of time. (typically 18 - 48 months). All you pay is a single monthly rental. You simply decide which vehicle(s) you want, how long you intend to run them and what mileage(s) they will cover in that time. Then leave the rest to Meridian Finance.

In return for the fixed monthly rental, Meridian Finance will acquire the vehicle of your choice, and deliver it to your door. For an additional premium Meridian will cover the cost of all maintenance and servicing, including tyres, batteries, and exhausts. All you need to supply is insurance and petrol. At the end of the contract, Meridian Finance takes back the vehicle, and bears the risk on its residual value.

Contract Purchase

Contract Purchase gives the private individual or business user who is not VAT registered, the opportunity of buying a new (or nearly new) car with low monthly payments. At the end of the agreement you are given the option of buying the car at a pre-arranged cost, starting a new contract or just handing the vehicle back.
